Is it safe to pay by card?
Our online store uses the Redirection payment method, in collaboration with Piraeus Bank. This means that we do not keep any details of the card that will be used during the payment, which is completed in the environment of Piraeus Bank.
Which cards can I pay with?
You can use debit, credit or prepaid card Visa, MasterCard and Maestro of any Greek or foreign bank as well as Diners, Discover and American Express cards if you wish.
02. Shipping methods
How will I receive my products?
We cooperate with a Courier company but also a transport company, for bulky products, with nationwide coverage.
Will the products be received from the headquarters of the transport company or will they come to my house?
The collection is made by you, at the site of the transport company. If you want to be transported to your place, you must first contact us by phone.
Is there an extra charge for transportation to our place?
Yes there is an extra cost which will be determined based on your location.
