What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated upon completion of the order depending on the size of the product. There may be an additional charge in cases such as:
- Remote locations
- Islands
- Home delivery by courier
- Other customer requirements.
Who will deliver my order to me?
We work with Greek post, couriers and transport companies, but if you want us to send your order to the company you work with, you must contact us upon completion of the order.
In how many days will I receive the order?
The shipping time of your order is from 1 to 3 working days from the day of completion of the order for small packages and 7-15 for large orders
* Shipping times may change due to unstable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, celebrations, etc.
Pick up at the store
Collection from the store is possible for any purchase. In case you have stated at the end of your order that you wish to receive from our store and there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order, you will be notified by phone by our partners. When your order is ready to be received, you will be notified either by email, viber or sms on your mobile, or by phone. Your order will remain available in our store for 5 calendar days. If you do not receive your order within 5 calendar days, your order will be canceled.
The receipt of your order from the store can be done 24 hours after the completion of the order or immediately after telephone contact, from Monday to Saturday and during store hours, strictly with the name you have stated and your order code.
NOTE: No product is bound without a registered order. Our company reserves the right to request a deposit for each order as well as to change prices without notice. Small orders may take 1-3 business days to process and larger orders 7-30 business days.
